The Coffee Doc was established in 2016 by Tom Melarkey. His aim,

was to provide private events & Weddings with an Artisan Coffee option, from Bean to cup..served from one of his quirky units. With a previous career in the Wedding Supply industry (Posh wedding cars), Tom had already grown a network of contacts. Since 2016, the Coffee Doc has gone from strength to strength, having catered everything from music festivals, Corporate events & Boutique weddings.
